Return & Exchange Policy

That's why we offer our customers a 14-day returns policy which is in accordance with the UK returns laws. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to inspect and try out the teardrop caravan before making a decision.

Refund Policy

Deposit refunds must be requested in writing, within 14 days of the order date.

Outside of the 14 day period, the deposit amount is non-refundable.

The cost of any additional fitted accessories will not be refunded.

The cost of any unfitted accessories will be refunded.

Before returning, sufficient opportunity to correct the issue must be given.

A change of circumstance or change of mind is not considered a legitimate reason for return. Please contact us to discuss options.
